At Luminox Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your luxury timepiece does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate your unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Timepiece

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box along with the warranty card and manual, ensuring it is securely packed in a protective shipping carton.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the watch to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
